VDL Groep Cassanova Z as a stallion was approved by Studbook Zangersheide and meeting the veterinary criteria for the KWPN. In the meantime he was castrated.
Cassanova was ridden by Jörn Emschove as a Youngster. At Jumping Etten-Leur they were placed 3rd in the Final for 4 year old showjumpers. They won the class for 4 year olds in Meerlo, that was part of the Stal Hendrix / KWPN Limburg competition, and in the Final of this competition in Sevenum they were placed 2nd, being rewarded with 8,5 for his jumping and a 9,0 for his rideability in the course. When they participated in the class for 4 year olds at CSI Twente in Geesteren this also resulted in a place in the Final. In this Final they were placed 3rd. In 2011 Cassanova Z as a 5-year old again took part in the Hendrix competition. Going to the Final they were placed 2nd in the ranking. Unfortunately they had a fault in the 2nd round in this final. A sixth place and good grades was the final result.
In 2012 on VDL Groep Cassanova Z moved to Leopold's stables from where he was participating successfully in international shows on 1m40 level.
In 2018 he moved to his new stables.
