Ridden by Niclas Parmler, participation in the first qualifier for the Stal Hendrix KWPN Limburg competition 2017 for 5-year olds was awarded with 9 points for jumping and 8,5 for going between the fences. This resulted in the first place in this class. With some more good results in other qualifiers VDL Groep Hurricane was allowed in the Final. They finally were placed 8th in the 2017 competition. Hurricane continued his carreer at Stoeterij Duyselshof training stable and was showed up to 1m35 level. We sold him in the year 2022.
