VDL Groep Mistieke

This first-rate bred mare VDL Groep Mistieke performed very well at international 1.40m/1.50m-courses with Leopold van Asten. Unfortunately Stoeterij Duyselshof had to say goodbye to her in 2010.

VDL Groep Mistieke is bred out of the mare Daniëlle, who was jumping on international level. This Almé-daughter was capable like no other to give her excellent qualities to her offspring. Alongside Mistieke she is dam of the international showjumpers Patrick (s.Calvados), Luxgood (s.Lux Z) and Santana B (s.Mr.Blue). Last-mentioned received an impressive record with Jack Ansems and Leopold van Asten on international level. For example VDL Groep Santana B won the Global Champions Tour in Estoril in 2009.

Mistieke is sired by the famous showjumper-provider Burggraaf. With Roelof Bril Burggraaf can look back on a good career as an international showjumper. Even more Burggraaf has proven himself as a breeding stallion. He sired many topsport horses like the Grand Prix-showjumpers Burggravin, Olé, S’Blieft, Peppermill and Obelix. Damsire is the well-known top stallion Almé Z, who is still very influential due to his sons like Animo, Ahorn Z, Athlet Z, Jalisco B and Galoubet A. This dam line furthermore covers the genes of Damaskus, Lieber Freund, Bertilo and Erzengel.

VDL Groep Mistieke received the KWPN ‘sport-predicate’.
