VDL Groep Tattoo

VDL Groep Tattoo is a bay mare by Numero Uno. With Maikel van der Vleuten this mare showed all her qualities and earned several victories and many high placings. For example she won the 1.40m-course in Oldenburg (2009) and she became second in the 1.45m-course in Geesteren (2008).

Her sire Numero Uno has developed to an absolute first-class-progenitor of showjumpers. He produced a great couple of terrific Grand Prix-jumpers like Tyson, Tobalio and Tamino.

Also the damline of VDL Groep Tattoo produced many good sporthorses. Dam Nevermind was the reserve-champion of the National Mare Show and scored high marks in the maretesting. She jumped on 1.30m-level in the sport. Damsire Lux can look back on an extraordinary career on the highest level. With Jerry Smit he won many competitions and took part in the Olympic Games of Sydney. He distinguishes himself in breeding thanks to tophorses like Utascha, Tornesch and Novesta. Via Candyboy this damlines traces back on the well-known mare Rianne (s.Amor), who is dam of no less than three international showjumpers: Febroko (s.Le Mexico, rider Lieuwe Koopmans), Topsi (s.Le Mexico, rider Ulrich Kirchhoff) and the Grand Prix-jumper Belladonna (s.Kibrahim, rider Katie Prudent Monahan). Rianne also produced the approved stallions Kroongraaf (s.Burggraaf) and Candy Surprice (s.Candyboy) and is a full sister to the international showjumper Surprise (Rob Ehrens). Other big names in the sport who are out of this damline are Tyson (s.Numero Uno), Nirvana (s.Concorde), Tadmus (s.Calvados) and Kornuit (s.Faram).
