VDL Groep Ushi

Ridden by Jack Ansems VDL Groep Ushi took part in the final of the World Championships for 5yr old showjumpers in Lanaken.

She is sired by the excellent breedingstallion Mr. Blue, who performed very well on highest level with Bert Romp and Elise Haas. In breeding he became popular after giving many Grand Prix-showjumpers out of a small number of covered mares, just like VDL Groep Santana B, VDL Groep Sapphire B, Okometa, VDL Groep Parmala Douche and Plot Blue.

Dam Tosca des Ifs is a full sister to the well-known French stallion Paladin des Ifs. This outstanding stallion achieved many excellent results in both international sport and breeding. Paladin des Ifs was very important for the French team for many years and he won several Grand Prix. In 1992 he was awarded ‘Horse of the Year’ in France. VDL Groep Tosca des Ifs is also a full sister to the approved stallion Ascot des Ifs. Tosca is dam of the international showjumper Masdecaballos Com Maestro (s.Quidam de Revel) ridden by Luis Alvarez Cervera and the SF-approved stallion Hercules II (s.Quidam de Revel). Besides that the well-bred Tosca des Ifs is a half-sister to the international showjumper Hiram Courcelle (s.Rosire) ridden by Kevin Staut.
