VDL Groep Isabelle

VDL Groep Isabelle is a bay mare, bred by Stoeterij Duyselshof. Isabelle shows a lot of blood, jumps with a good technique, is careful and has good reflexes. This mare has a great pedigree. She was showed in 4-year-old classes by Kim Rothengatter. Isabelle was sold in 2017.

Isabelle is sired by the famous stallion Verdi, who was very successful on 1m60 level ridden by Maikel van der Vleuten. In his career he reached many victories and Championships on the highest level. 

Isabelle’s dam is the Oldenburger mare VDL Groep Glory (Grandeur x Lavall I x Sylvester). Glory has been performing in international show jumping ridden by Leopold van Asten.
Her father Grandeur was very successful on the highest level ridden by Thomas Frühmann in the nineties. In breeding Grandeur is recognised for siring top show jumpers like Modesto (Jean-Marc Nicolas), Garfield (Franke Sloothaak), Grandilot (Otto Becker) and Gladdys S (Ludger Beerbaum). Also the damline of VDL Groep Glory owns a lot of good genes. She originates from Holsteiner stem 5964 which also produced stallions like Caretello B (s.Caretino), Lord Looping (s.Lord), Campbell VDL (s.Cassini I) and Quasimodo (s.Quinar).
